Arrival | Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi
Welcome to Vietnam. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll connect to Hanoi where your experience begins. After a private transfer to your hotel, the evening is yours to settle in whether that means resting after your flight or stepping out for your first taste of Hanoi’s vibrant street life.

Hanoi | Welcome Experience + Ha Long Bay Cruise
Start the journey by connecting with the group before heading out for one of Vietnam’s most iconic experiences: Ha Long Bay. Cruise through emerald waters surrounded by limestone cliffs, with opportunities to explore, relax, and take in the scenery. This is your first true glimpse of Vietnam’s natural beauty.

Hanoi | Free Day
Enjoy a full day at your own pace. Wander through the Old Quarter, visit local cafés, explore markets, or simply take it slow. This day is intentionally open, giving you the flexibility to experience Hanoi your way.

Hanoi to Da Nang / Hoi An
Travel south to Da Nang, where the pace shifts and the coastline begins. After check-in, enjoy a relaxed evening perfect for a beachfront dinner or a quiet night to recharge.

Da Nang | Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge
Take a scenic journey into the mountains to Ba Na Hills, home to the famous Golden Bridge held by giant stone hands. Ride one of the world’s longest cable cars, explore the hilltop village, and take in panoramic views that feel completely different from the city below.

Hoi An | Culture, Shopping & Tailoring
Spend the day in nearby Hoi An, known for its lantern-lit streets, riverside charm, and custom tailoring. Whether you’re getting something made, shopping, or just soaking in the atmosphere, this is one of the most memorable stops of the trip.

Da Nang | Free Day + Hosted Evening
Enjoy a full day to relax, explore, or hit the beach. In the evening, come together for a hosted group experience featuring great food, great energy, and a chance to connect before the next leg of the journey.

Da Nang to Nha Trang
Fly to Nha Trang, a coastal destination known for its clear waters and laid-back vibe. After check-in, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure by the pool, on the beach, or while exploring the area.

Nha Trang | Island Hopping Experience
Spend the day out on the water visiting nearby islands. Swim, relax, and enjoy the coastal scenery while moving between some of the region’s most beautiful spots. This is your full “beach day” experience.

Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City
Return to Ho Chi Minh City, where modern energy meets deep history. After check-in, enjoy the evening exploring the city whether that involves rooftop views, dining, or nightlife.

Mekong Delta + Farewell Dinner
Experience the Mekong Delta, where life moves along the river. Travel by boat through local villages, markets, and waterways for a look at a different side of Vietnam. In the evening, come together for a memorable farewell dinner to close out the journey.

Private airport transfers will be arranged for your departure. Leave with unforgettable memories, new connections, and a deeper appreciation for Vietnam.
A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Once your deposit is received, your spot is confirmed and you’ll receive next steps for your payment schedule and trip details.
Yes. After your initial deposit, the remaining balance is split into convenient monthly payments leading up to the trip. This allows you to secure your spot now and pay over time.
International flights are not included. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Vietnam. Recommended flight details will be provided to ensure smooth arrival and departure coordination with the group.
You will fly into Ho Chi Minh City (SGN). Final flight guidance and recommended arrival times will be shared after booking.
Travel insurance is not required, but it is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes, delays, or cancellations.
Absolutely. Many of our travelers join solo. You can choose a private room for your own space, or request to be paired with another traveler if you’re open to sharing.
Yes. If you’re traveling solo but would like to share a room, we can assist in pairing you with another traveler. While we do our best to match based on preferences, roommate assignments are not guaranteed. If a suitable match is not available, a single occupancy upgrade may be required.
Vietnam is considered one of the safest destinations in Southeast Asia for travelers. As with any destination, guests should use normal awareness and precautions, but the itinerary and accommodations have been thoughtfully selected for comfort, convenience, and ease of travel.
Yes. All transportation within Vietnam that is part of the itinerary, including domestic flights, airport transfers, and scheduled group transportation, is included in your package.
This trip includes walking during tours, markets, and sightseeing experiences, but it is designed to be comfortable and manageable for most travelers. Guests should be comfortable walking through airports, city streets, and excursion areas at a relaxed pace.
Visa requirements vary by nationality. U.S. travelers will typically need a Vietnam visa prior to arrival. Guidance and resources will be provided after booking, but guests are responsible for securing their own travel documents.

Changes & Itinerary Adjustments: We reserve the right to make adjustments to the itinerary, accommodations, or activities if necessary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibility: We act as a coordinator for accommodations, transportation, and experiences. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and for following any local guidelines during the trip.
