Journey By Faith Travel, a DBA of First Things First Solutions, LLC, provides professional travel planning and travel management services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Journey By Faith Travel provides personalized travel planning and management for individuals, families, and private groups. We act as an independent travel advisor and do not own or operate any airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other travel suppliers.

Planning & Management Fees

Planning Fees and Professional Travel Management Fees are outlined in your Planning Agreement. These fees compensate Journey By Faith Travel for professional services and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Pricing & Payments

Travel prices and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier. Payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund policies are determined by the travel supplier. Whenever possible, payments are made directly to suppliers.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information, meeting payment deadlines, reviewing travel documents, and obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your travel investment. Journey By Faith Travel may provide insurance quotes or recommendations but does not determine coverage or handle claims.

Third-Party Suppliers

Journey By Faith Travel acts only as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers. We are not responsible for supplier actions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, service interruptions, or other matters outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Journey By Faith Travel is not liable for losses, delays, injuries, travel disruptions, force majeure events, or the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Changes & Cancellations

Additional planning requests or itinerary changes may result in additional fees. Refunds for travel arrangements are subject solely to the supplier’s cancellation policies.

Privacy

Personal information is used only for planning and managing your travel arrangements in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.

Updates

Journey By Faith Travel may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on this website.
